  • Lawyer graduated from the University of San Martín de Porres (Lima, Peru), with postgraduate studies at the Technical University of Berlin – TU-Berlin, Germany, in urban-industrial environmental protection and specialization in cross-cutting legal matters such as environmental law, occupational health and safety, administrative and regulatory law, as well as mining, energy, and labor law.
  • OHS Management Systems Auditor authorized by MINTRA.
  • Lawyer specializing in the technical legal assessment of the investigative and sanctioning phases within the framework of Administrative Sanctioning Procedures (PAS), as a result of supervision, auditing, and/or inspection actions by regulatory entities.
  • Legal expert in internal audits for environmental and occupational health and safety compliance assessment, as well as internal audits of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) – Trinorma, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Teacher and trainer in courses related to legal compliance in Environmental Management Systems, OHS, Labor, and mining internships, as well as guest speaker in postgraduate programs, diploma courses, and IN-COMPANY courses on environmental and mining legislation, Occupational Health and Safety, and Labor.
